Kenny & Partners was founded by John Egan Kenny, who was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 1970. John passed away in 1997 and the firm is proud to retain his name as founder.

Our firm operates out of its historic premises within the Gladstone CBD (The Old Courthouse), and this heritage building is a focal point of business within the city - particularly given its location immediately adjacent to both the Police Station and Courthouse buildings.

  • The firm is the only Central Queensland practice who has regularly visited offices at Boyne Island/Tannum Sands, in the growing Discovery Coast area of Agnes Water/Town of 1770 and in the Brisbane CBD.
  • The firm also carries out substantial work throughout the Central Queensland area - including Biloela, Rockhampton, Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.
  • With its modern services, Kenny & Partners also provides legal advice throughout the State of Queensland, particularly to the South-East corner and Brisbane areas; as well as having extensive clientele interstate - principally property investors and land purchasers.
