John is the Principal of the firm, and co-founded Kenny & Partners with John Kenny in 1991.

Looking after all business and commercial dealings and sections of the firm, John welcomes appointments for reviews of family and business structures. Such reviews of structures are often overlooked by busy people, and clients are strongly advised to utilise this specialist expertise of Kenny & Partners.

John has extensive experience in Business Advice, Succession and Estate Planning, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Real Estate and Contract Law, as well as being the principal Property / Conveyancing lawyer in our firm.

John also has extensive experience in commercial property, leasing and Buy-Sell/Exit Strategy Agreements.  As Principal, he looks forward to meeting you, and offers an initial complimentary appointment to discuss any matter.
